Powders: We can blend and pack powder products into different dosage forms like stick or 3 sides sealed sachets and cans. We have the capability to produce 1-25grams single serve stick sachets, 1-5grams single serve square or rectangular shape sachets, 250-750grams cans, tubs, jars, and bottles.

Tablets: We manufacture, and pack different shapes of chewable tablets based on our customers’ requirements.

Hard Shell Capsules: We manufacture and 2-piece hard shells including Vegetarian and Gelatin capsules with sizes varying form size 1, 0, 00, and 000 depending upon the total fill weight and nature of the ingredients.

Softgel capsules and Gel Candies: We manufacture all types and shapes of gelatin softgel capsules and gel candies. 

Probiotics Drops and Beverages; We are specialized in producing probiotics drops, water-based and oil-based Nutritional liquid beverages packed into 10ml-120ml glass/plastic bottles.

Packing: We have multiple automatic and semi-automatic packing lines. We can pack different shape and size bottles with private labels. 

Beef Jerky and Pet Food; We have dedicated facility to produce and pack NZ Beef Jerky and Pet food. 

NZFDA facility is specialised in running small scale NPD and R&D trials.
